Join our interactive, in-person training designed to strengthen project management skills for leaders at every level. Building on the first Project Management virtual session (May 2025), this training will expand on foundational knowledge with practical, hands-on activities. You’ll learn how to apply the full project life cycle to your daily work—streamlining implementation, improving efficiency, and driving measurable progress toward continued implementation of your agency’s Three-Year Workforce Development and Retention Sustainability Plan and Value-Based Incentives (VBI) goals.
This hands-on session is built for leaders driving workforce development and retention sustainability in a value-based environment. Participants will walk away with practical strategies, fresh insights, and the confidence to deliver lasting impact.
