Join us for a hands-on workshop to walk through the Building Performance and Risk Metrics (1-A) deliverables. This hands-on workshop will provide guidance on the steps needed to complete your Data Source Inventory and Baseline Metrics Report ahead of the submission deadline on November 7, 2025. We will also provide a general outlook on the Building Performance and Risk Metrics (1-A) activity, including any new updates or recommendations for planning ahead.

To accommodate different schedules, CIBHS is offering two identical sessions on September 30, 2025, or October 8, 2025. Participants are welcome to attend one or both sessions if the refresher would be helpful.

In this session, participants will:
Identify the relevant internal stakeholders needed to support data collection. Complete the Data Source Inventory & Baseline Metrics Report based on guidance provided. Troubleshoot common challenges related to data collection.

Audience:
Attendance is required from an individual who is in a decision-making and/or technical role with authority. This may include:

- Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), or a designated second-in-command

- Individuals overseeing the Building Performance and Risk Metrics (1-A) activity and subsequent software implementation project.

Attendance is also encouraged for any team members responsible for financial, clinical, or organizational reporting. CIBHS recommends including anyone with a user login and who is familiar with running reports out of accounting/billing/clinical software.
