Event Description: Join Los Angeles County Assessor Jeff Prang, in partnership with the Center of Hope CDC and the Inglewood Board of Realtors, for a free community resource fair. This one-stop event is designed to help local residents access valuable information and resources regarding homeownership and property taxes.

Attendees will hear from expert speakers on pressing issues, including:

• Proposition 19: Impacts on property transfers in California.

• Family Inheritance: Advice for dealing with the death of a property owner and planning for the future.

• Home Buying Advice: Insights into the property tax system for potential homeowners.

Following the presentations, guests are encouraged to visit resource tables to speak directly with Assessor staff and community partners—including L.A. CADA—to address individual questions and complex cases.
